Body Wisdom invites you to no longer view your body merely as a «function», but as a subtle orientation system. What manifests physically - whether pressure, pain, restlessness, fatigue, or recurring tension - can be an indication that something is out of balance internally.

In coaching, we work with a holistic understanding: body, mind, and inner world influence each other. Physical problems often arise where feelings are not expressed, boundaries are crossed, or certain issues have been pushed aside for a long time. The body then takes on the task of making visible what needs attention internally.
