These apply to all cooperation with «mental-base» and the services offered by «mental-base».
By booking a therapy session, you expressly agree to the following information.

Client education

You are aware that the success of therapy depends on your commitment, cooperation, and desire to bring about change. You agree to actively support this process, but understand that mental-base cannot guarantee results.

You understand that therapy from «mental-base» is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and does not constitute a diagnosis. «mental-base» does not issue prescriptions and does not treat physical or mental ailments.

Declaration of consent

You are informed about the risks and authorize «mental-base» to carry out the therapy in accordance with the discussed objectives.

You are aware that respectful touching of your shoulders, arms, hands, or forehead, for example, may be necessary during a hypnosis session to facilitate a state of hypnotic trance, promote visualization, or anchor suggestions in your subconscious. You expressly consent to such touching during the session.

Your sessions may be digitally recorded and stored for documentation purposes, if necessary. These recordings can be made available to you upon request. You consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data in accordance with the data protection regulations. You may revoke your consent in writing at any time, although this may result in the loss of treatment progress.

Disclaimer and waiver

You agree to inform «mental-base» prior to any therapy sessions about any physical and mental limitations that could affect the work with you. You release «mental-base» from any liability for damages of any kind that may arise directly or indirectly in connection with therapy, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

You waive all claims for damages, including those of your dependents and heirs. Damages caused by gross negligence are excluded from this waiver.
